Meditation Challenge - Invite peace

You might find this Meditation Challenge being a little bit different. Meditating has many benefits but have you thought about a self guided meditation? Quite literaly a meditation guided by no other but yourself. Grab your phone and open that Voice Memos App, use our self guided meditation and record your own self guided meditation lead entirely by you. Many of us might feel terrified at the thought of listening to our own voices being played from a recording but as part of your self acceptance journey we ecourage you to join this challenge and give it a try. Your Self Guided Meditation (repeat after us...) As you begin this guided meditation, find a comfortable seated position, or lie down if that feels more comfortable for you. Take a deep breath in through your nose, and exhale slowly out through your mouth. Release any tension in your body and let go of any worries or concerns you may have in this very moment.


Now, imagine yourself standing on one of the of the most beautiful soft white sand beaches in the world. The water is crystal clear, and the sky is a brilliant shade of blue. You can feel the warm sun on your skin and the gentle breeze on your face.


Take a moment to soak in the beauty of this place, to truly appreciate all of the sights, sounds, and sensations around you. As you stand here, know that you are safe, and know that you are loved. You are exactly where you are meant to be in this moment, and everything is perfect just as it is.


As you look out at the water, imagine that with each wave that rolls in, any worries, doubts, or fears you may have are being carried away with it. You are letting go of anything that no longer serves you, and you are creating space for peace and love to flow into your life.


Now, take a deep breath in and let it out slowly. As you exhale, imagine that you are releasing any tension or stress from your body. With each breath, allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation .


As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine that you are connecting to the best version of yourself. The version of you that is confident, loving, and at peace. Feel that energy flowing through you, filling you up with a sense of calm and inner harmony.


Now, take a few moments to simply be in this beautiful place and take another deep breath in and let it out slowly Allow yourself to feel the peace and tranquility that surrounds you. Listen to the sound of the waves, feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, and breathe in the fresh sea air.


Know that you can return to this place anytime you need to find calm and peace within yourself. Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly, sink into that feeling of gratitude that you have for this moment of stillness and serenity.


When you're ready, you can slowly open your eyes and return to your day, feeling refreshed and at ease.
