What is a Women's Circle?

A women's sharing circle is a safe and supportive space where women come together to share their experiences, thoughts, and feelings with one another. The circle is typically facilitated by a woman who helps to create a non-judgmental and confidential sisterhood environment where other women can feel comfortable opening up and being vulnerable.

During a sharing circle, each woman has the opportunity to speak and be heard by the group. The focus is on active listening and empathetic understanding, with the goal of creating a sense of community and connection among the participants. Women may share their personal stories, struggles, and triumphs, and may also offer support and encouragement to one another.

Sharing circles can be a powerful tool for personal growth and healing, as they provide a space for women to explore their emotions and experiences in a nonjudgmental, supportive and safe environment. They can also be a valuable source of validation and affirmation, as women are able to connect with others who may have had similar experiences or challenges.
