- Have I experienced memory lapses or difficulty recalling events after drinking?
- Do I find it challenging to think clearly or make decisions the day after drinking?
2. Physical Health:
- Have I noticed any changes in my physical health, such as weight gain or unexplained pains?
- Am I experiencing frequent headaches, fatigue, or digestive issues that may be linked to alcohol consumption?
- Have I received any concerning feedback from healthcare professionals about my alcohol intake?
3. Emotional Well-being:
- Do I rely on alcohol to cope with stress, anxiety, or negative emotions?
- Have I noticed changes in my mood or emotional stability after drinking alcohol?
- Do I feel guilty or ashamed about my drinking habits, or do I use alcohol to numb difficult feelings?
4. Sleep Quality:
- Do I struggle to fall asleep or stay asleep after drinking alcohol?
- Do I wake up feeling tired or groggy, even after a full night's sleep?
- Have I noticed any disruptions in my sleep patterns or difficulty achieving restorative sleep?
5. Financial Impact:
- Am I spending more money on alcohol than I can afford or budget for?
- Have I experienced financial strain or hardship due to my alcohol consumption?
- Do I prioritize spending money on alcohol over other important expenses or savings goals?
6. Empowerment and Self-discovery:
- Do I feel in control of my alcohol consumption, or do I often find myself drinking more than intended?
